Now Showing ("the App") is a TV show and movie tracking app. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

The App stores the following data locally on your device:

• TV shows and movies you choose to track
• Your streaming service preferences
• Your notification preferences
• Your watch progress (season and episode numbers)

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identifying information
• We do not create user accounts
• We do not track your location
• We do not sell or share any data with third parties
• We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party APIs to provide show and movie information:

• TMDB (The Movie Database) — for show/movie metadata, posters, and where-to-watch information. TMDB's privacy policy is available at themoviedb.org/privacy-policy.
• TVMaze — for TV schedule data. TVMaze's privacy policy is available at tvmaze.com/site/privacy.

These services receive API requests from the App (such as search queries and show IDs) but do not receive any personal data from you.

Notifications

If you enable push notifications, Apple's Push Notification service is used to deliver alerts about new episodes. No notification data is shared with us or any third party.

Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. If you delete the App, all data is permanently removed.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
